While we had been mentally planning our project for years, we were overwhelmed with where to get started—we had so many ideas but weren’t sure how, or if, they fit together.  Our first meeting with Drew and his design team (Katelyn and Savanna) put our minds at ease.  They took our existing hodgepodge of ideas and let us know which ones were and were not financially and structurally practical.  They also introduced new, innovative solutions to some of our existing problems as well several architectural and design options and ideas we had not yet considered but immediately embraced.

They made every part of the process simple and worked with us on the minutest of details to ensure our family’s house emerged from the remodel as our dream home. We appreciated Drew’s candor and attention to detail. He staged the remodel to minimize disruptions to our daily lives.  During a time when supply and labor shortages were commonplace, we did not experience any delays with our project. The crews were consistently clean, courteous, and professional. Drew was cost-conscious, accurate on pricing estimates, on schedule, and ultimately delivered an outcome we could never have even envisioned—let alone achieved—without Bardenwerper Construction.  Every morning we wake up acutely aware and utterly appreciative of how drastically Drew and his team have transformed our homelives for the better.

"Working with Bardenwerper Construction was a wonderful and fun experience. We had bought an older house (1972) on a lake that the realtor said was looking to be torn down as it had not been occupied since 2015.  I researched a few contractors and once Drew came out and met my wife and me, we knew he was the one.  Drew and his team supported us through the whole process as they listened carefully, explained options thoroughly, made design changes when we asked and worked to meet our needs at every step of the way. Drew shared his thoughts and helped us visualize the final product.  A few things I was hesitant, but after listening to him and seeing it through his eyes, made all the difference in the world.  Everyone that visits cannot believe the work that was done and raves about the “new” house.   Drew was an excellent contractor and an absolute pleasure to work with.

The Bardenwerper Team are creative, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work alongside.  Drew and his team communicated with us on a regular basis and always stayed on the timeline and budget.  I did not know them before we started but after the job was finished, they were not just contractors but friends.  Months later and after the job was complete and I was out of the country, Drew called as they were having a hard freeze and went and drained the water at the house as not to have the pipes freeze.  He always goes beyond the call of duty!
